Downe House Repairs and Refurbishment

Repairs and refurbishment to property in Downe, Orpington. The property had ongoing issues left from a previous builder eight years ago.

OBC Building + Renovation stripped all the existing timber cladding that had warped and cupped and replaced with Cedral weather boards in light grey.

Metal clad facias were removed and replaced with new ones, roofing areas were refurbished and re-laid, along with additional remedial works to the property.
