Eliot Vale was a minor home refurbishment including reinstating walls to put it back to its original layout on the ground floor. This involved putting back the study as it once was as one big open plan L shaped lounge. It felt much better as a home once we had closed it back up.

We sourced old floorboards similar to the ones that would have existed originally and sanded and stained them.

We re-designed the lighting to reduce a sea of downlights to make it more subtle. Finally, we completely re-decorated the whole house in subtle green colours.
