Period Renovation in Blackheath

A returning client from a previous renovation in Greenwich required a complete house refurbishment to their new home in Blackheath.

The main aim of this project was to encourage fluidity in the home and open up access to the garden from multiple points. The idea was that children would be able to run freely through the house and garden and to encourage an inspiring work space.

We designed and fitted wardrobes with an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. A new kitchen and utility space in the basement was also fitted by us which leads beautifully out onto a patio and garden area.

Extra special attention was made by our tradesmen to keep to the traditional tuckpointing brickwork to the front and back of the building that required re pointing.

The main bathroom was designed around the original sash windows that open out on to the garden. The beautiful Georgian windows create a classic focus to the modern and clean style of the roll top bath and wetroom shower.

A first floor small room was made into a home office which led out onto the garden patio via steps.
