This Kitchen extension project in Bromley included a complete strip out of the existing room, including the suspended sub floor. A new concrete slab was installed to house a wet under-floor heating system.
The old back wall was removed by installing a large steel frame to hold up the existing corner of the house.
Two large low profile flat roof skylights successfully borrows light to flood into the middle of the kitchen area.
A new ground floor shower room and WC was fitted into the space cleverly by extending the hall way and matching in the existing period features of the house to provided a seamless transition into the new space.
Aluminium sliding doors were colour coded to the external zinc facia / down pipes and linear drains for a quality finish.
The kitchen was the icing on the cake. The finished result was a beautiful family room with enough space for entertaining and relaxing.
