OBC Building + Renovation was established in 1979 and is now run by Richard Patience who took over the family company in 2008. Our ethos is simple; to provide high quality project managed work for all clients.

Our portfolio is wide ranging and includes a variety of projects from refurbishment of part of the Parliament buildings to the transformation of loft space in domestic dwellings in Bromley.

OBC Building & Construction are builders Chislehurst but have worked in some of the most exclusive residences in Mayfair and completed works in private homes situated in Bromley, Blackheath, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks.

Our experience and skilled workforce has led to regular involvement in specialist building work and property restoration. One such project was to sympathetically replace oak beams and basket weave brickwork panels to the boat house on the Serpentine in Hyde Park.

We have an extremely organized approach to using rigorous project management to provide a level of service that regularly exceeds client expectations.

We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients, making sure that they are well informed at every stage of the development. We have clients returning to us after they have moved home as they know they will get a professional service with our friendly team of local builders.

We regard Site management as the key to a successful project and communication between all parties is essential for a well run site. The whole team have a great work ethic and we ensure each project lives up to our reputation as high end finishers.

Since registration with the National House-Building Council (NHBC) over ten years ago we have completed a number of successful new builds.

We can also provide a home interior decoration service that is personal and tailored to our clients exact needs.

We have carried out work on a variety of residential properties in Bromley and surrounding areas. The main focus of our work is home extensions, home renovations, loft conversions and basement conversions.
