Contemporary extension with canter leaver roof construction

This building site is just west of Bromley in the area of Beckenham. Our OBC Bromley Builders are going to provide this client with an impressive kitchen dining and living space with a continued floor level running fluidly into the Garden space. This will be enhanced by the huge folding doors set to fill the corner and rear façade of this structure.

By engineering and fabricating a steel framework we are able to Canter leaver the roof to enable a set of bi fold doors within the corner of the structure. With clever landscaping this will create that "Wow factor" in this suburban Property.
