This house has undergone an extensive refurbishment project to create a large kitchen diner / en suite for the main bedroom and a general facelift. The result was a beautiful light open feel to the house and a happy client.
This project involved some minor structural changes to create and en suite to the master bedroom. We also formed a walk in wardrobe and new study with bespoke joinery fitted in all rooms. The products used were top of the range and attention to detail was key.
Reverdy Road Featured in ‘The Secret History of Our Streets’ series on BBC 2 this enchanting road has retained its Victorian character. Once built for the working classes this area is now home to a more affluent resident wishing to be close to the City. For this project we completely transformed the house adding an extension and removing internal walls to give the property a feeling of light and space. Old features such as cornicing and fire places have been reinstated. Alongside these have been added luxuries that the Victorians could have only dreamed of, such as underfloor heating and made to measure kitchen and wardrobes.
The Sausage Factory OBC has recently completed an exciting project in Southwark. The goal was to add some much needed space to this Victorian factory positioned alongside the railway in central London. Instead of the traditional method the architect designed a quirky curtain wall section to increase the internal volume. With the squinted brickwork and dark grey zinc upstand the former sausage factory makes a dramatic statement against its backdrop whilst the front of the property has had its original features brought back to life.
