New Project in Blackheath London
OBC's building team recently started with a new basement extension and refurbishment project in Blackheath London. Our Bromley builders have been very active in this part of the country and we are working on two other projects in this area. Our team will be excavating under the client's house to create a new floor by using a waterproof concrete called caltite.
Our builders have been braving the freezing temperatures and our workload has been consistent cold weather. The drainage system for the extension will be installed lower than the main drains. We currently have the house supported with steel to remove the back supporting wall and we're enjoying the unique challenges that this project has to offer
