Q. Do you work closely with an architect that can see us through the planning stages of our New Build or Conversion?
A. Yes we do, our architects are also put in contact with clients on all New Builds and Conversions done in the Bromley, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells areas.


Q. Does the type of work we want require building regulation permits?
A. This depends on the work you require, clients are advised to apply for necessary documentation from the local building control department.


Q. Can you project manage Refurbishments, Loft Conversions, Interior Design projects etc. from start to finish?
A. Yes, we provide project management for all of our services and we ensure that one man will oversee every part of that job (Refurbisment, Conversions, Interior Design project etc.) until the completion date, making it stress free for the client.


Q. Can you supply guarantees for your work especially on New Builds?
A. Yes, we work in conjunction with an independent company who can supply guarantees for all our work in Bromley, Sevenoaks as well as Tunbridge Wells. Our New Build homes in particular are covered by a 10 year guarantee. We have been vetted for this service and have been approved by the Government endorsed Trust Mark scheme registered through AJA Registrars in Bristol.


Q. Can you provide all of the necessary certification for plumbing and electrical works in order that the work is in line with current regulations?
A. Yes, we use approved Corgi engineers for our plumbing work and bring in our NICEIC part P testing engineer for electrical work, whom we work closely with.


QHow does your payment structure work?
A. We do not ask for large deposits upfront, we generally work 2-3 weeks in hand and part of our ethos is to build good relationships with clients and ensure the job reaches completion on time and on budget.
