About OBC

Bromley based OBC was established in 1979 and is run by Richard Patience who took over the family company in 2008. Our ethos is simple; to provide high quality project managed work for all clients.

We have an extremely organized approach using rigorous project management to provide a level of service that regularly exceeds client expectations. We regard Site management as the key to a successful project and communication between all parties is essential for a well run site. The whole team have a great work ethic and we ensure each project lives up to our reputation as high end finishers.

Our portfolio is wide ranging and includes a variety of projects from refurbishment of part of the Parliament buildings to the transformation of loft space in domestic dwellings in Bromley. We have worked in some of the most exclusive residences in Mayfair and completed works in private homes situated in Bromley, Blackheath, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks.

Since registration with the National House-Building Council (NHBC) ten years ago we have completed a number of successful new builds.

Our experience and skilled workforce has led to regular involvement in specialist building work and property restoration. One such project was to sympathetically replace oak beams and basket weave brickwork panels to the boat house on the Serpentine in Hyde Park.

We can also provide a home interior decoration service that is personal and tailored to our clients exact needs.
