What is Trustmark

Trustmark is a government-endorsed scheme that provides the public with a list of companies that has reputable track records in the industry. These companies have been sourced and investigated to establish the nature of their service history. Prior to membership-approval, Trustmark will investigate a company's financial status and trade consistency. Trustmark also undertakes onsite visits to prospective members in order to verify the quality and standard of workmanship and product procedures. At OBC Building we pride ourselves in being one of the first companies to have joined the Trustmark Scheme.

National House-Building Council (NHBC)

OBC Building is registered with the National House-Building Council (NHBC), which means our builders work within their framework of rules and standards when building new homes.

Birthed in 1936, the NHBC has been worked hard to raise construction standards of new home builds. AS the UK’s leading warranty and insurance provider for new homeowners, the NHBC has established a set of standards that provide protection for new homebuyers.

The NHBC will only recommend industry approved, reputable home building companies. Our clients can therefore rest assure that OBC Building is not only trustworthy but also accountable within the greater UK building Industry.
